摘要
目的:观察5周内3种不同酒精浓度对"饮食偏嗜、饮酒过量"模型大鼠血液黏度、血脂、血压等指标的影响。方法:8周龄雄性SD大鼠随机分成5组:普通饲料+水饮组,高盐高脂饲料+水饮组,高盐高脂饲料+5%酒饮组,高盐高脂饲料+7.5%酒饮组,高盐高脂饲料+10%酒饮组。造模第2、5周观察大鼠的全血黏度、血浆黏度和血脂四项;造模第3、5周观察大鼠血压。结果:造模第2、5周,4个造模组大鼠血浆黏度显著升高,高盐高脂饲料复合5%、7.5%酒饮组大鼠全血黏度显著升高;4个复合酒饮造模组大鼠血清TC、LDL-c显著升高,HDL-c显著降低;造模第5周,高盐高脂饲料复合5%、7.5%酒饮组大鼠SBP显著升高。其中以高盐高脂饲料复合7.5%酒饮造模组上述指标变化最明显。结论:酒精浓度对"饮食偏嗜、饮酒过量"模型大鼠血液黏度、血脂、血压等指标有显著的影响,8周龄SD大鼠采用高盐高脂饲料复合7.5%酒饮进行造模,方法最优,可用于高黏血症、高脂血症、高血压等代谢性疾病模型的复制。
Objective: To investigate effects of 3 different concentrations of alcohol on the blood viscosity,the blood lipid,the blood pressure and other indicators in " diet partial preference,drinking excess" model rats within 5 weeks. Methods: 8 weeks old male SD rats were randomly divided into 5 groups: normal diet + water,high salt and high fat diet + water,high salt and high fat diet + 5% liquor,high salt and high fat diet + 7. 5% liquor,high salt and high fat diet + 10% liquor. The whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity and blood lipids level were observed in the 2 nd and 5 th week. Blood pressures of 8 weeks old rats were observed in the 3 rd and 5 th weeks. Results: Plasma viscosities increased in 4 model rats groups and HDL-c level decreased in the 2 nd and 5 th weeks,whole blood viscosities were significantly elevated in high salt and high fat diet combined with 5% and 7. 5% liquor groups. In addition,levels of TC and LDL-c were significantly increased and HDL-c significantly decreased in 4 model rats groups. SBP of rats in high salt and high fat diet combined with 5% and 7. 5% liquor groups significantly increased in the 5 th week. Among them,there were most obvious changes in above indicators in the high salt and high fat diet combined with 7. 5% liquor group. Conclusion: Different concentrations of alcohol has significant effects on changes of blood viscosity,blood lipid and blood pressure in rats with " diet partial preference,drinking excess". It is most excellent for 8 weeks old rats to adopt the method of high salt and high fat diet combined with 7. 5% liquor,the method is also suitable for the replication of hyperviscosity,hyperlipidemia,hypertension and other metabolic disease models.
