补脾健膵饮对2型糖尿病大鼠胰岛β细胞信号转导影响研究

摘要
目的:采用免疫组化考察胰岛素信号转导分子胰岛素受体底物1(IRS-1)和胰十二指肠同源盒因子(PDX-1)在实验大鼠中的表达情况。方法:制成2型糖尿病大鼠模型,分成正常组、模型组、盐酸吡格列酮组、补脾健膵饮高剂量组、补脾健膵饮中剂量组、补脾健膵饮低剂量组,4周后检测补脾健膵饮对STZ致大鼠糖尿病IRS-1以及PDX-1表达的影响。结果:补脾健膵饮对STZ致大鼠糖尿病模型可使PDX-1表达量明显上调及有效抑制IRS-1表达。结论:补脾健膵饮对糖尿病大鼠胰岛β细胞信号转导有很好的改善作用。
        Objective:To investigate the expression of insulin recepor substrate-1(IRS-1)and pancreatic and duodenal homeobox 1(PDX-1)in experimental rats by immunohistochemistry. Methods:The model of diabetic rats were divided into normal group,model group,pioglitazone hydrochloride group,high dose of Bupi Jiancui Yin group,middle dose group of Bupi Jiancui Yin group,and low dose of Bupi Jiancui Yin group to investigate the effect of Bupi Jiancui Yin on the expression of IRS-1 and PDX-1 by STZ. Results:The expression of PDX-1 was significantly up-regulated and the expression of IRS-1 was upregulated in the model of diabetic rats induced by STZ. Conclusion:Bupi Jiancui Yin has a good effect on the signal transduction of islet β cells in diabetic rats.
