摘要
猪圆环病毒3型(PCV3)是新发猪病毒性传染病病原,严重威胁着养猪业的持续健康发展。本文从PCV3的由来和发现、分类地位、病原学特征、流行病学特征,以及最新检测技术(如PCR、荧光定量PCR和原位杂交)研究进展等方面进行了综述,以期为兽医科研工作者和养殖业主了解和防治该病提供参考。
        Porcine circovirus type 3(PCV3)is a new swine viral infectious pathogen,which is seriously harmful to the sustained and healthy development of swine industry. In this paper,the origin,discovery,classification,etiology,epidemiology and the latest research progress of detection technology(such as PCR,fluorescence quantitative PCR and in-situ hybridization)were reviewed,hoping to provide references for veterinary researchers and owners to better recognize,prevent and control this disease.
