摘要

新媒体时代,高校辅导员开展网络思想政治教育存在对网络思想政治教育认识不足、开展网络思想政治教育的能力与实际需求不匹配、开展网络思想政治教育的基本素质不高等问题。新媒体时代,高校需要培养辅导员开展网络思想政治教育的新理念和新意识,增强高校辅导员应用和管理网络的能力,促进高校辅导员在开展网络思想政治教育的过程中实现创新互动,发挥高校辅导员在网络思想政治教育中的主力作用。
        In the new media era, there are some problems in the network ideological and political education by college counselors, such as insufficient understanding of the network ideological and political education, incompatibility between the ability to carry out the network ideological and political education and the actual needs, and low basic quality of carrying out the network ideological and political education. In the new media era, universities should cultivate new ideas and consciousness of counselors in carrying out network ideological and political education, enhance their ability to apply and manage the network, promote their innovative interaction in the process of carrying out network ideological and political education, and give play to the major role of college counselors in network ideological and political education.
