摘要

本论文以大同煤矿集团同发东周窑8302工作面PF6/1542型刮板运输机为研究对象,对其常见的故障进行分析,并提出相应的预防对策,从而降低运输机的故障率,提高工作效率,希望可以给其他煤矿的刮板运输机维修同行提供相应的参考。
        This thesis takes the PF6/1542 type scraper conveyor of 8302 face of Tongfa Dongzhou Kiln Coal Industry Co., LTD., Datong Coal Mining Group as the research object, analyzes the common fault, and puts forward corresponding preventive countermeasures, which reduces the failure rate of the conveyor, improves work efficiency, and provide the corresponding reference for other coal mine scraper conveyor maintenance colleagues.
