摘要

以李雅庄煤矿607大倾角工作面为研究背景,提出了一种快速安装工艺,并对比分析了新工艺和传统工艺各自的特点。通过现场试验证明了新工艺能够实现大倾角煤层综采设备的快速安装。这将会给矿井的生产带来巨大的经济效益。
        Taking the 607 large inclination face of Liyazhuang Coal Mine as the research background, this paper puts forward a rapid installation process, and compares and analyzes the characteristics of the new technology and the traditional technology. Through field test, it is proved that the new technology can realize the quick installation of fully mechanized mining equipment in large dip coal seam. This will bring huge economic benefits to mine production.
