摘要
对柴滤系统进行了振动扫频试验,发现当激励载荷过大时,柴滤系统安装刚度的变化会导致谐振频率产生变化。使用仿真方法进行了柴滤系统的安装刚度对自身模态的影响分析。通过振动试验与仿真分析,认为动力学分析方法是解决柴滤系统振动破坏的一种有效方法,同时柴滤系统的安装固定方式需要引起重视。
The vibration sweep test of a diesel filter system was carried out,it was found that harmonic frequency changes with different excitation loads. The influence of coupling stiffness on the mode of the diesel filter system was carried out by using the simulation method. Through vibration test and simulation analysis,it is considered that the dynamic analysis method is an effective method to solve the vibration damage of the diesel filter system. At the same time,the installation of the filter system should be attracted attention.
