摘要
目的:探讨FIFA 11+练习对功能性踝关节不稳(functional ankle instability,FAI)人群的踝关节肌力、本体感觉和下肢动态平衡能力的影响。方法:将30名FAI男性大学生分为实验组和对照组,每组15人,实验组进行FIFA 11+康复训练,对照组进行弹力带+平衡垫康复训练,康复训练进行16周。康复训练前、后采集两组受试者不同角速度下(60°/s和240°/s)踝关节等速肌力[跖屈、背伸、内翻、外翻相对峰值力矩(relative reak tergue,RPT)]、本体感觉(位置觉和力觉)和下肢动态平衡能力(score、max rot. speed、rot. speed和grade)等指标的值。采用独立样本t检验对同时期两组间的差异进行分析,而训练干预前、后组内差异采用配对样本t检验进行分析。结果:经过16周干预,两组受试者在60°/s和240°/s下跖屈RPT、背伸RPT、内翻RPT、外翻RPT等肌力学指标、位置觉和力觉以及score、max rot. speed、rot. speed和grade等动态平衡指标较干预前相应指标均有显著性改善(P<0.05);训练干预后,两组受试者在max rot. speed值间具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:FIFA 11+练习能显著提高FAI者踝关节肌力、本体感觉和下肢动态平衡能力,且FIFA 11+练习在改善FAI者踝关节爆发力和动态平衡能力方面优于力量+本体感觉训练法。因此,FIFA 11+练习可作为FAI后期康复的一种常用训练方法。
        Objectives: To explore the effect of FIFA 11+exercise on ankle joint muscle strength,proprioception and lower limb dynamic balance in patients with functional ankle instability.Methods: Thirty FAI male college students were divided into experimental group and control group, 15 in each group;the experimental group was subjected to FIFA 11+ rehabilitation training,the control group was subjected to elastic band + balance pad rehabilitation training, and the rehabilitation training was carried out for 16 weeks. Before and after rehabilitation, the two groups of subjects were collected at different angular velocities(60°/s and 240°/s) for ankle joint isokinetic muscle strength(?exion, back extension, varus, valgus RPT), proprioception(positional sense and force sense) and the value of the lower limb dynamic balance(score, max rot. speed, rot.speed, and grade). Differences between the two groups were analyzed by independent sample t test, and the differences within the group after training intervention were analyzed by paired sample t test. Results: After 16 weeks of rehabilitation training intervention, the two groups of subjects underwent ?exion RPT, RPT, varus RPT, valgus RPT and other myodynamics, position and force at 60°/s and 240°/s. The dynamic balance indicators such as score, max rot. speed, rot. speed and grade were signi?cantly improved compared with the corresponding indicators before intervention(P< 0.05). After training intervention, the two groups had signi?cant difference(P< 0.05) on Max Rot. Speed value. Conclusions: FIFA 11+ exercises can signi?cantly improve the muscle strength, proprioception and lower limb dynamic balance of the ankle joints of FAI, and FIFA 11+exercises are superior to strength + proprioceptive training in improving the explosive force and dynamic balance of the ankle joints of FAI, therefore, FIFA 11+exercise can be used as a common training method for post-rehabilitation of functional ankle instability.
