临床路径在心脏手术围术期护理管理中的应用价值

摘要
目的探讨临床路径在心脏手术围术期护理管理中的应用价值。方法 680例心脏手术围术期患者,随机分为观察组与对照组,各340例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用临床路径,比较两组各项手术指标、并发症及不良心脏事件发生率、护理满意率、护患纠纷率。结果观察组患者手术成功率为97.35%,明显高于对照组的80.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者住院时间为(11.2±3.6)d,明显短于对照组的(15.8±4.1)d,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者并发症发生率7.65%、心脏不良事件发生率1.47%、护患纠纷发生率1.18%均明显低于对照组的22.94%、10.59%、11.18%,护理满意率98.53%明显高于对照组的72.35%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床路径在心脏手术围术期护理管理中的应用价值显著,有效提升了手术疗效,加快心功能的恢复,降低并发症及心脏不良事件发生率,提升护理满意率,具有积极的临床意义。
Objective To discuss the application value of clinical pathway in perioperative nursing management of cardiac surgery. Methods A total of 680 perioperative patients undergoing cardiac surgery were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 340 cases in each group. The control group received conventional nursing, and the observation group received clinical pathway. Comparison were made on surgical indicators, incidence of complications and adverse cardiac events, satisfaction rate of nursing and disputes rate between nurses and patients in two groups. Results The observation group had obviously higher surgical success rate as 97.35% than 80.00% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The observation group had obviously shorter hospitalization time as(11.2±3.6) d than(15.8±4.1) d in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The observation group had obviously lower incidence of complications as 7.65%, incidence of adverse cardiac events as 1.47% and disputes rate between nurses and patients as 1.18% than 22.94%, 10.59% and 11.18% in the control group, and obviously higher nursing satisfaction rate as 98.53% than 72.35% in the control group. Their difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The application value of clinical pathway in perioperative nursing management of cardiac surgery is significant. It can effectively improve surgical efficacy, accelerate the recovery of cardiac function, reduce the incidence of complications and adverse cardiac events, and improve the satisfaction rate of nursing. It has positive clinical significance.
