人文关怀在医院工会思想政治工作中的应用

摘要
目的研究人文关怀在医院工会思想政治工作中的应用效果。方法选取2017年5月—2018年5月我院的72例医务人员,采取随机数字表法将这72例医务人员分为研究组(36例)与对照组(36例)。我院工会管理人员对研究组医务人员采取常规思想政治教育,而对对照组医务人员在常规思想政治教育的基础上,融入人文关怀思想,观察两组医务人员的工作效果。结果研究组医务人员的工作满意度(97.2%)优于对照组(61.1%),差异具有统计学意义(χ~2=11.571 4,P=0.001 0)。结论人文关怀在医院工会思想政治工作中的应用效果显著。
Objective To study the application effect of humanistic care in the ideological and political work of hospital labor union. Methods 72 cases of medical staff who worked in our hospital from May 2017 to May 2018 were selected and divided into the study group(36 cases) and the control group(36 cases) by the random number table method. The union management staff of our hospital adopted the conventional ideological and political education for the medical staff in the control group, on the basis of the conventional ideological and political education, the medical staff in research group integrated humanistic care, the working effect of the two groups of medical staff was compared. Results The work satisfaction of medical staff in the study group(97.2%) was superior to that in the control group(61.1%), and the difference was statistically significant( χ~2=11.571 4, P =0.001 0). Conclusion The application of humanistic care in the ideological and political work of the hospital union is remarkable.
