摘要
建立健全现代医院管理制度是推进健康中国建设的重要内容。香港大学深圳医院作为公立医院综合改革试点,在融合创新的治理视阈下因地制宜与香港大学协同构建以董事会型法人治理为核心的管理制度、以病人健康为中心的医疗体系与现代化管理模式,推动管理人本化、科学化、精益化与数字化等,涉及先全科后专科、大专科小综合、打包收费制、唯一病人号等,为综合性公立医院管理制度创新与管理能力现代化建设提供前瞻性参考。
Perfecting modern hospital management system to realize the modernization of hospital governance and managerial capacity is an important content of healthy China construction. The University of Hong Kong-Shenzhen Hospital,as the trial unit of the comprehensive reform of Shenzhen public hospitals,cooperates with the University of Hong Kong to establish management system centering the corporate governance of board of directors,the medical system and modern managerial model centering patient health. The hospital promotes the humanistic,scientific,standard,fine and digital management,involving institutional arrangement as first general then specialized treatment,big specialized care and small MDT,packing charge system and unique patient ID which provides foresight reference for the comprehensive hospitals to innovate management system in China.
