以“党建+”为引领 探索医院管理新模式

摘要
"党建+"理念是一个全新的概念,源于"互联网+"。公立医院党建工作是医院管理中重要的组成部分,将党建工作+医院管理,更好地发挥基层党组织的政治核心作用显得尤为重要。文章以苏州市立医院为例,探讨如何以"党建+"的引领作用,探索医院管理的新模式,促进医院稳定且可持续的发展。
The concept of"Party building + "is a brand newone originated from "Internet + ". Party building in public hospitals is an important part of hospital management. It is particularly important to combine Party building with hospital management to better play the political core role of grassroots Party organizations. Taking Suzhou municipal hospital as an example,this paper discusses howto use the leading role of "Party building + "to explore a newmode of hospital management and promote the stable and sustainable development of the hospital.
