摘要
外伤常见的脊柱骨折患病率居高不下,脊柱图像的分割和配准是目标识别、生物力学建模、有限元分析等的关键步骤和必要前提,是无创手术导航治疗的关键技术。针对脊柱图像处理面临的问题,介绍了较为经典的医学图像分割和配准算法,分析其存在的缺陷,并展望脊柱图像处理未来发展趋势。研究成果对深入了解脊柱医学图像处理,以及推动脊柱骨折康复治疗的发展具有一定的意义。
        The prevalence of common spinal fractures is high in this day. Spinal image segmentation and registration are the key step and prerequisite of target recognition, biomechanical modeling and finite element analysis. They are also the key technology of noninvasive surgery navigation. Aiming at the problems of spinal image processing, the classical medical image segmentation and registration algorithm is introduced. It also analyzes the defects and prospects of the future development trend of spine image processing. The research results have certain significance for further understanding of spinal medical image processing and promoting the development of rehabilitation therapy for spinal fractures.
