摘要
文章对中国、日本、英国、美国等国家港口相关规范中涉及建筑物设计使用年限和设计波浪重现期的条款进行对比,进而分析了海港建筑物的设计使用年限、设计波浪重现期和出现概率三者的关系,并给出了两两关系表,通过数据指出从安全角度不能简单地采用设计波浪重现期作为设计使用年限值,而应根据建筑物的重要程度选择设计使用年限对应的重现期。文中给出的三者关系图表可方便相关工作者参考使用。
        This paper makes a comparison of the provisions concerning the design service life of constructions and wave recurrence criteria in the relevant port standards of China, Japan, Britain and the United States, and then the relationship among design life, design wave recurrence period and occurrence probability of harbor buildings is analyzed, and a pairwise relationship table is given. According to the data, it is pointed out that the design wave recurrence period cannot be simply used as the design life limit from the safety point of view, but the recurrence period corresponding to the design life should be selected according to the importance of the building. The relation chart of the three factors given in this paper can be used for reference by relevant workers.
