针灸、牵引结合颈椎练功疗法治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床研究

摘要
目的:分析针灸、牵引结合颈椎练功疗法治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法:随机从我院2015年2月-2017年12月收治的神经根型颈椎病患者中抽取160例做回顾分析,依据其治疗方式分组,用针灸牵引方式治疗对照组80例患者,用针灸牵引+颈椎练功疗法治疗研究组80例患者,观察比较两组患者治疗效果。结果:研究组治疗总疗效(95.00%)高于对照组的70.00%,组间数据对比差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。比较两组患者VAS、NDI评分,治疗前,组间数据对比差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05),治疗后,研究组评分低于对照组,组间数据对比差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:临床治疗神经根型颈椎病采用针灸、牵引联合颈椎练功疗法能更明显的缓解疼痛,有利于恢复颈椎功能,进而提升疗效。
Objective: To analyze the clinical efficacy of acupuncture, traction and cervical spine therapy on cervical spondylotic radiculopathy. Methods: Among the 160 patients, 80 patients were treated by acupuncture and traction as the control group. The patients in the study group received cervical spine therapy. The treatment effects in two groups were observed and compared. Results: The total efficiency in the study group was 95.00%, significantly higher than 70.00% in the control group(P<0.05). Before treatment, there was no significant difference in VAS and NDI scores between two groups(P>0.05). After treatment, the scores in the study group were significantly lower(P<0.05). Conclusion: Acupuncture, traction and cervical spine therapy can relieve pain more obviously, help restore cervical function and improve curative effects.
