摘要
目的探讨一种简便并可长期保存薄壳寄生虫卵标本的制作方法。方法盐腌含钩虫卵粪便,以5%分级浓度粗筛,每3个月观察虫卵变化,连续3年;取保存效果最好的浓度,再以1%分级浓度配制保存并定期观察保存效果,找到最适宜的浓度。结果第一轮粗筛,35%的浓度保存的效果好。第二轮按增减1%梯度保存,结果是36%浓度保存的虫卵效果最好,3年存放后4个浅灰色分裂的卵细胞清晰明显,壳完整光滑清晰,卵壳与卵细胞之间的空隙稍大,未发现继续发育,无皱缩变形,有利于标本长期保存。结论盐腌固定钩虫卵的保存方法简便易行,值得推广应用。
        Objective To develop a long-term preservation method for thin shell parasite eggs. Methods Feces with hookworm eggs were preserved at different concentration of salt(5% grading),observed the changes in eggs every three months for three consecutive years. The best salt concentration was chosen for fine tuning of the salt concentration.Hookworm eggs were preserved with different salt concentration at 1% grading in this range. Results By first round of screening,35% salt was a good concentration for preserving the hookworm eggs. The second round fine tuned study indicated the optimal salt concentration was 36%. After three years,the preserved egg could be hatched and split into four;the egg shell was intact;the lacuna between egg shell and egg was a little larger;the egg stopped development and had no distortion. Conclusion Hookworm eggs could be preserved with salt and still maintained their variability for long time.
