摘要
为研究宁乡市早稻3个主栽品种(湘早籼45、中早39和陵两优211)对三(2)代白背飞虱Sogatella furcifera(Horváth)的种群影响,为白背飞虱预测预报及遴选水稻主栽品种提供依据,通过室内试管单头饲养法和养虫笼群体饲养法研究了三(2)代白背飞虱在3个主栽品种卵历期和孵化率、若虫历期和羽化率、雌成虫寿命和产卵量等种群参数。结果表明:3个水稻品种对三(2)代白背飞虱卵的历期和孵化率无显著性影响,但白背飞虱若虫历期和羽化率在3个水稻品种之间存在显著性差异。同时三(2)代白背飞虱在杂交稻陵两优211上产卵量和雌虫寿命均显著高于常规稻湘早籼45和中早39。说明杂交稻陵两优211更适合三(2)代白背飞虱种群的生存和繁殖。
        In order to evaluate the effect of Hunan major rice cultivars including Xiangzaoxian 45, Zhongzao 39 and Lingliangyou 211 on population proliferation of the whitebacked planthopper Sogatella furcifera(Horváth) and provide the basis for prediction and forecast on population development of S. furcifera, also for the screening of resistant rice materials, population parameters such as egg hatchability, egg duration, nymphal duration, nymphal survival rate, female longevity and oviposition were investigated by artificial breeding in this paper. The results showed that no significant difference was found among egg hatchability and egg duration of S. furciferaby for three major rice cultivars. However, there were significant differences in nymphal duration, nymphal survival rate, female longevity, and emergence rate among three cultivars. In addtion, the results indicated that Lingliangyou 211 was more suitable for survival and reproduction of S. furcifera than Xiangzaoxian 45 and Zhongzao 39.
