摘要
目的分析维生素D水平与2型糖尿病患者周围神经病变的关系。方法选取本院收治的65例2型糖尿病患者为研究对象,根据有无周围神经病变分为A组(无周围神经病变,38例)与B组(合并周围神经病变,27例)。比较两组患者的维生素D、血糖相关指标水平及维生素D水平分布情况。结果 B组维生素D水平低于A组(P<0.05);A组空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平低于B组,胰岛素分泌指数高于B组(P<0.05)。两组患者的维生素D水平分布情况有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论 2型糖尿病患者合并周围神经病变与维生素D水平不足具有一定的关联;且与未合并周围神经病变患者相比,其血糖控制效果及胰岛素功能均较差。
        Objective To analyze the relationship between vitamin D level and peripheral neuropathy in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods Sixty-five patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus admitted in our hospital were divided into group A(without peripheral neuropathy, 38 cases) and group B(with peripheral neuropathy, 27 cases) according to the presence or absence of peripheral neuropathy. The levels of vitamin D, blood sugar related indicators and the distribution of vitamin D levels were compared between the two groups. Results The level of vitamin D in the group B was lower than that in the group A(P<0.05); the levels of fasting blood sugar and glycosylated hemoglobin in the group A were lower than those in the group B, and the insulin secretion index was higher than that in the group B(P <0.05). There was a significant difference in the distribution of vitamin D level between the two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion Patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with peripheral neuropathy were associated with insufficient vitamin D level, and their blood sugar control effect and insulin function were poorer than those without peripheral neuropathy.
