慢性苯中毒患者的心理分析与护理
摘要
目的:分析慢性苯中毒患者的心理状况,探讨有效的护理策略与方法。方法 :选取我院2017年5月—2018年5月期间收治的慢性苯中毒患者98例作为研究对象,对其进行临床治疗、护理干预以及康复指导,根据护理干预方法的不同,将患者分为观察组(n=50)与对照组(n=48),对比两组患者的治疗效果与护理满意度。结果 :观察组患者的治疗效果与护理满意度均显著高于对照组患者,P <0.05。结论 :在慢性苯中毒患者的治疗中,由于患者的病程相对较长,病情较为严重,采取优质的护理措施,与临床治疗相配合,能够有效促进患者的早日康复。
Objective To analyze the psychological status of patients with chronic benzene poisoning and to explore effective nursing strategies and methods.Methods A total of 98 patients with chronic benzene poisoning admitted to our hospital from May 2017 to May 2018 were enrolled in this study. They were treated with clinical treatment, nursing intervention and rehabilitation guidance. According to different nursing intervention methods, patients were divided into observations. The group(n=50) and the control group(n=48) were compared with the treatment effect and nursing satisfaction of the two groups. Results The therapeutic effect and nursing satisfaction of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group, P<0.05. Conclusion In the treatment of patients with chronic benzene poisoning, because the patient's course of disease is relatively long, the condition is more serious, and adopting high-quality nursing measures, combined with clinical treatment, can effectively promote the early recovery of patients.
