MSCT检查联合血清MMP-9、TIMP-1检测对肺癌的诊断价值
摘要
目的探讨多层螺旋CT(MSCT)检查联合血清基质金属蛋白酶9(MMP-9)、组织金属蛋白酶抑制剂1(TIMP-1)检测对肺癌的诊断价值。方法选择50例肺癌患者作为观察组、30例肺部良性病变患者作为对照组。对两组均行MSCT扫描,并检测血清MMP-9、TIMP-1。绘制受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线,分析三者单独诊断及系列联合诊断、平行联合诊断肺癌的价值。结果观察组MSCT扫描可见明显的空泡征、分叶征、支气管充气征、肺门区分叶、肿块、空洞征,多数患者可见明显磨玻璃样结节、胸膜凹陷征;对照组MSCT扫描未见磨玻璃样结节、胸膜凹陷征,少数患者伴有空泡征、分叶征、支气管充气征。观察组血清MMP-9及TIMP-1水平高于对照组(P <0. 05)。平行联合诊断的敏感度、诊断准确率高于各指标单独检测及系列联合诊断(P均<0. 05),系列联合诊断特异度高于其他指标单独诊断(P <0. 05),平行联合诊断肺癌的ROC曲线下面积为0. 985,高于各指标单独诊断(P均<0. 05)。结论 MSCT检查联合血清MMP-9、TIMP-1检测诊断肺癌的特异度、敏感度及准确性较高。
