摘要
利用4个广西普通野生稻与籼稻品种9311杂交后自交,构建F2群体,对其种皮颜色进行遗传分析。源自4个普通野生稻的黑色颖壳对来自9311的黄色颖壳现为显性遗传。通过杂交、回交和多代自交后获得多个农艺性状遗传稳定的黑颖壳水稻品系。研究结果表明,通过常规育种手段可以打破黑色颖壳与不良农艺性状的连锁,普通野生稻黑色颖壳作为一种特殊的资源在育种上加以利用是可行的。
Four accessions of common wild rice(Oryza rufipogon Griff.),originated from Guangxi,were crossed with Indica rice cultivar 9311 to produce relative F2 populations.The heritance of black hull was analyzed for better understanding basic traits of Oryza rufipogon in further rice breeding.As found in genetic analysis,the black hull of Oryza rufipogon were controlled by dominant genes.By crossing,back cross and selfing,the black hull was introduced into 9311 to develop new black hull lines(cultivars).The result of the present study indicated that vicious linkage of agronomic traits and black hull could be changed by conventional breeding methods.It is feasible to utilize the black hull of wild rice to develop new rice cultivars.
