优质护理对肺结核患者用药依从性的影响研究

摘要
目的探讨优质护理对肺结核患者用药依从性的影响。方法回顾性分析2017年6月至2018年7月我院收治的166例肺结核患者的临床资料, 2017年6月至2017年12月采取常规护理的83例患者作为对照组, 2018年1月至2018年7月采取优质护理的83例患者作为观察组,比较两组的用药依从性和不良生活习惯改善情况。结果观察组的用药依从性评分均高于对照组(P <0.05)。观察组的规律作息、戒烟、戒酒、合理运动率均高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论对肺结核患者采用优质护理,可有效提高其用药依从性,有利于纠正不良生活习惯,促使患者早日康复。
Objective To explore the influence of high quality nursing on medication compliance of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis. Methods The clinical data of 166 cases of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis admitted to our hospital from June 2017 to July2018 were retrospectively analyzed. 83 cases of patients receiving routine nursing from June 2017 to December 2017 were set as control group, and 83 cases of patients receiving high quality nursing from January 2018 to July 2018 were set as observation group. The medication compliance and improvement of bad living habits of the two groups were compared. Results The scores of medication compliance of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P <0.05). The rates of regular work and rest, smoking cessation, alcohol cessation and reasonable exercise of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P <0.05). Conclusions High quality nursing in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis can effectively improve the medication compliance, help to correct the bad living habits, and promote their early recovery.
