摘要
针对电气化铁路无衬砌隧道存在的落石掉块病害,研究采用高强、绝缘、耐腐、阻燃的芳纶防护网进行加固的技术措施。以丰沙(丰台—沙城)线8号隧道为依托,介绍了该隧道无衬砌段病害情况,分析了采取的整治措施及尚待解决的问题。提出使用芳纶防护网进行加固,通过试验分析验证了芳纶防护网的物理性能,并阐述了隧道加固施工工艺。
        In view of the falling block defect existing in the unlined tunnel of electrif ied railway,the reinforcement measures using high strength,insulation,corrosion resistance and f lame retardant aramid protective network were studied.Taking No.8 tunnel on the Fengtai-Shacheng railway as an object,the defects of unlined section in this tunnel were introduced.The reinforcement measures and unsolved problems were analyzed.It was proposed that the aramid protective network should be used to reinforcing the surrounding rock.The physical properties of the aramid protective network were verif ied through experiment and the construction technologies of tunnel reinforcement were described.
