摘要
某±500 kV换流站远动系统因设备老旧、运维困难等原因,运行可靠性已难以满足工程要求,严重影响了电力调度机构监控高压直流输电系统实际运行状态。对远动系统结构和主要设备进行分析研究,考虑多种因素后提出了提升可靠性的技术方案。运用可靠性数学理论对技术方案进行了分析比较,建立了可靠性模型并计算了方案的可靠度和重要设备的可靠度影响因子,选定了实际应用的方案。分析了西门子S7、GE D200和NSC300远动装置使用的基于101规约的通信报文,实现了西门子S7装置与国产NSC300装置的正确通信,保证了选定技术方案的顺利有效实施。
        The operational reliability of the remote-action system at a ±500 kV converter station could hardly meet its engineering requirement due to outdated equipment and difficult operation and maintenance,thus seriously affecting the control of actual operational state of the high-voltage DC transmission system in the power dispatch organization. This paper analyzed the structure and major equipment of the remote-action system,and proposed a technical scheme for reliability improvement under consideration of various factors. Analytic comparison was made of the technical scheme by using mathematic reliability theory,a reliability model was established to calculate the reliability of the scheme as well as influence factors of major equipment,and a scheme for practical application was selected.Furthermore,101 protocol-based communication messages used for Siemens S7,GE D200 and NSC300 remote-action devices were analyzed,and correct communication was realized between Siemens S7 apparatus and domestic NSC300 device to ensure smooth implementation of the selected technical scheme.
