摘要
当前基于B/S的数字化物流仓储管理系统设计方法,通过对系统的功能结构和业务流程的设计,和相关技术与开发工具完成该系统的实现;其中仓储管理系统运行能耗偏大,且运行效率低。为改善该种情况,提出一种基于无线射频识别技术的数字化物流仓储管理系统设计方法;以系统总结构为依据,将仓储管理系统网络拓扑结构划分为物理层次、网络层次、数据层次与应用层次。在物理层次中工作人员可利用手持设备迅速扫描电子标签,既可以提升系统运行效率,还能够降低系统运行能耗;在入库管理程序中采购部和供应商对货物的需求进行确定,利用物流把货物传输到仓库,并对货物进行清点;在出库管理程序中仓储管理系统确定货物货位,通过无线射频识别技术(RFID)阅读器采集出库的货物内部数据,使用搬运工具将拣出的货物传输给出库处,同时将数据处理的结果报给仓储管理体系;用户的管理模块中,主要是对用户登录与用户管理进行控制;库存的统计管理,即为对货物进行清理盘点。结果表明,该方法下的仓储管理系统不仅运行效率高;而且能耗低,可为数字化物流仓储领域的研究提供依据。
        At present,the design method of digital logistics warehouse management system based on B/S,through the design of the system's function structure and business process,and the related technology and development tools,the realization of the system was completed,in which the storage management system runs on the side of energy consumption. And the operation efficiency is low. In order to improve the situation,a design method of digital logistics warehouse management system based on radio frequency identification technology is proposed. Based on the general structure of the system,the network topology structure of the storage management system is divided into physical layer and network level. Data and application levels,where workers can quickly scan electronic tags using handheld devices,which can be enhanced. The efficiency of the system can also reduce the energy consumption of the system operation. In the storehouse management procedure,the purchasing department and the supplier determine the demand for the goods,logistics was used to transfer the goods to the warehouse,and carry on the inventory of the goods. In the warehouse management program,the warehouse management system determines the cargo position,collects the internal data of the goods through the radio frequency identification devices( RFID)reader,transfers the selected goods to the warehouse by using the handling tool,and reports the results of the data processing to the warehouse management system. In the user management module,the user login and user management are mainly controlled,and the inventory statistical management is used to clear the goods. The results show that storage management system based on this method not only has high efficiency and low energy consumption,but also can provide the basis for the research of digital logistics storage field.
