早期高压氧治疗对颅脑损伤患者血清学指标及红细胞糖代谢的影响

摘要
目的研究对颅脑损伤患者予以早期高压氧治疗,观察其血清学指标及红细胞糖代谢情况。方法抽取在郑州市第三人民医院就诊的58例颅脑损伤患者,按照随机法分成两组,分别是对照组、研究组,其中对照组29例患者予以常规治疗,而在此基础上予以研究组患者早期高压氧治疗,比较两组患者的治疗后血清学指标、红细胞糖代谢情况。结果经治疗后,研究组患者的血清学相关指标如丙二醛(MDA)、S100β蛋白(S100β)、胶质纤维酸性蛋白(GFAP)、胰岛素(Ins)、皮质醇(Cor)、神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)、脑红蛋白(NGB)、葡萄糖-6-磷酸脱氢酶(G-6PD)、急性排斥反应(AR)均比对照组低,且研究组患者的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、PFK均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对颅脑损伤患者予以早期高压氧治疗,可有效地改善患者神经元损伤及红细胞糖代谢情况,值得临床推广。
        Objective To study the early hyperbaric oxygen therapy in patients with craniocerebral injury,and observe its serological indexes and erythrocyte glucose metabolism. Methods 58 patients with craniocerebral injury selected from Zhengzhou Third People's Hospital were randomly divided into the control group and the study group. 29 patients in the control group were treated with routine therapy. On this basis,the study group received early hyperbaric oxygen therapy. Serological indicators and erythrocyte glucose metabolism were compared. Results After treatment,the serological markers such as malondialdehyde(MDA),S100β protein(S100β),glial fibrillary acidic protein(GFAP),insulin(Ins),cortisol(Cor),neuron specific enolase(NSE),glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase(G-6PD)and AR in the study group were all lower than the control group. SOD and PFK of the patients in the study group was higher than those in the control group. There was statistically significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion Early hyperbaric oxygen therapy for patients with craniocerebral injury can effectively improve neuronal injury and erythrocyte glucose metabolism.
