普济痔疮栓联合肛窦切开并肛腺切除术治疗肛窦炎的效果

摘要
目的探讨普济痔疮栓联合肛窦切开并肛腺切除术治疗肛窦炎的临床效果。方法选择我院收治的肛窦炎患者102例,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,每组51例。两组均给予肛窦切开并肛腺切除术治疗,观察组在此基础上加用普济痔疮栓。比较两组的临床疗效。结果治疗7 d后和疗程结束时,两组各症状积分明显降低,且观察组均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);随访3个月,观察组复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论普济痔疮栓联合肛窦切开并肛腺切除术治疗肛窦炎疗效肯定,可迅速缓解临床症状,减少疾病复发。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Puji hemorrhoids suppository combined with anal sinus incision and anal adenectomy for anal sinusitis. Methods A total of 102 patients with anal sinusitis admitted in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 51 cases in each group. Both groups were given anal sinus incision and anal gland resection, and the observation group was given Puji hemorrhoids suppository on the basis of this. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results At 7 days after treatment and the end of the course of treatment, the scores of symptoms in the two groups decreased, and those in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05). The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). Follow-up for 3 months, the recurrence rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P <0.05). Conclusion Puji hemorrhoids suppository combined with anal sinus incision and anal gland excision in the treatment of anal sinusitis is effective, it can quickly relieve clinical symptoms and reduce disease recurrence.
