摘要
基于整体性治理理论对我国校企合作机制碎片化问题进行分析,目前存在校企合作制度不健全、校企合作建设目标不明确、校企合作建设机构不完善等碎片化问题,在此基础上提出校企合作机制碎片化的整体性治理思路与对策,即整合治理制度,解决不同主体的协调问题;整合治理目标,实现校企合作的互利共赢;整合治理机构,为长效合作提供组织保障。
Based on the Theory of Holistic Governance, the fragmentation of school-enterprise cooperation mechanism in China is analyzed. The results show that at present, there are some fragmentation problems such as imperfect school-enterprise cooperation system, ambiguous goal of school-enterprise cooperation construction, and imperfect institution of school-enterprise cooperation construction, etc. On this basis, the holistic governance ideas and countermeasures for the fragmentation of school-enterprise cooperation mechanism are put forward: To integrate the governance systems to solve the coordination problems of different subjects; to integrate governance objectives to achieve mutual benefit and win-win cooperation between schools and enterprises; to integrate governance institutions to provide organizational guarantee for long-term cooperation.
