摘要
目的探讨血清抗凝血酶原Ⅲ(AT-Ⅲ)、总抗氧化能力(TAC)、解脲支原体(UU)、人型支原体(Mh)与产褥感染的相关性,为产褥感染的临床诊治提供参考。方法选取2016年1月-2017年12月期间在医院诊治的80例产褥感染产妇为研究对象(感染组),同期非产褥感染产妇80例为对照(无感染组),检测血清AT-Ⅲ和TAC,同时采集宫颈分泌物进行支原体及细菌培养,分析结果。结果感染组血清AT-Ⅲ和TAC分别为(73.21±5.11)%、(8.02±1.11)kU/ml,低于无感染组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);感染组宫颈分泌物36例检出支原体、30例检出细菌、14例检出支原体+细菌,检出率分别为45.00%、37.50%、17.50%,均高于无感染组(P <0.05);引起产褥感染的病原菌主要为Mh、表皮葡萄球菌、UU、大肠埃希菌,分别占32.50%、17.50%、12.50%、10.00%。结论血清AT-Ⅲ、TAC、UU、Mh与产褥感染关系密切,产褥感染患者可出现血清AT-Ⅲ、TAC的降低,检测血清AT-Ⅲ、TAC对产褥感染诊断具有一定指导意义,UU和Mh是引起产褥感染的主要病原菌,应在非妊娠期积极进行干预治疗,降低产褥感染的发生。
        OBJECTIVE To explore the correlation between the serum antiprothrombin Ⅲ(AT-Ⅲ),total antioxidant capacity(TAC),Ureaplasma urealyticum(UU)and Mycoplasma hominis(Mh)and puerperal infection so as to provide guidance for clinical diagnosis and treatment of the puerperal infection.METHODS A total of 80 puerpera with puerperal infection who were treated in hospitals from Jan 2016 to Dec 2017 were recruited as the study objects(the infection group),meanwhile,80 puerpera who did not have the puerperal infection were chosen as the control group(the non-infection group).The serum AT-Ⅲand TAC were detected,and the cervical secretions were collected for culture of Mycoplasma and bacteria.RESULTS The serum AT-Ⅲand TAC of the infection group were respectively(73.21±5.11)% and(8.02±1.11)kU/ml,sighificantly lower than those of the non-infection group(P<0.05).In the infection group,Mycoplasma was detected in 36 patients,bacteria in 30 patients,Mycoplasmaplus bacteria in 14 patients,and the detection rates were respectively 45.00%,37.50%and 17.50%,sighificantly higher than those of the non-infection group(P<0.05).Mh,Staphylococcus epidermidis,UU and Escherichia coli were the major species of pathogens causing the puerperal infection,accounting for 32.50%,17.50%,12.50% and 10.00%,respectively.CONCLUSION The puerperal infection is closely associated with the serum AT-Ⅲ,TAC,UU and Mh.The serum AT-Ⅲ and TAC of the patients with puerperal infection may be reduced,and the serum AT-Ⅲ and TAC have certain significance in diagnosis of the puerperal infection.UU and Mh are the leading species of pathogens causing the puerperal infection.It is necessary to take interventions during pregnancy so as to reduce the incidence of the puerperal infection.
