摘要
目的探讨颈动脉粥样硬化超声结果与患者血脂、CRP水平及心血管事件的关系。方法回顾性分析本院2016年5月-2017年5月收治的颈动脉斑块患者90例作为研究对象,根据颈动脉彩超结果将患者分为软斑块、混合斑块、硬斑块组各30例,所有患者均行颈动脉超声检测,全自动生化仪检测血脂、CRP水平,并采用Logistic回归分析患者心血管事件发生的危险因素。结果软斑块组TC、TG、LDL-C均较混合斑、硬斑块组高,HDL-C较混合斑、硬斑块组低。软斑块患者CRP水平高于混合斑块、硬斑块患者(P<0.05)。Logistic回归分析结果证实,软斑块、TG、CRP是患者心血管事件发生的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论劲动脉斑块类型与患者血脂、CRP水平密切相关。
        Objective To investigate the relationship of carotid atherosclerotic ultrasound with blood lipid, CRP level and cardiovascular events. Methods A retrospective analysis was carried out on 90 patients with carotid artery plaque collected from our hospital during May 2016-May 2017. According to the results of carotid artery color Doppler ultrasound, the patients were divided into soft plaque group, mixed plaque group, and hard plaque group, with 30 cases in each group. All patients underwent carotid ultrasound detection. Automatic biochemical analyzer was used to detect blood lipids, CRP levels, and logistic regression was used to analyze the risk factors for cardiovascular events. Results The levels of TC, TG and LDL-C in the soft plaque group were higher than those in the mixed plaque and hard plaque group, and HDL-C was lower than that in the mixed plaque group and hard plaque group. The CRP level in patients with soft plaque was higher than that in patients with mixed plaque and hard plaque(P<0.05). Logistic regression analysis confirmed that soft plaque, TG and CRP were independent risk factors for cardiovascular events(P<0.05). Conclusion Carotid artery plaque type is closely related to blood lipids, CRP levels.
