摘要
皮肤衰老是由多因素引起的皮肤老化,是机体衰老的外在体现。目前抗衰老化妆品作用途径单一,为实现高效抗衰老就需要对衰老表现及相关标志物进行研究。总结了衰老的表现和衰老标志物两方面的内容。按部位对衰老现象进行概括,重点阐述了衰老标志物的研究进展及应用现状,为衰老标志物在抗衰老化妆品功效评价中的应用提供理论依据。
        Skin aging induced by multi-factor is the external manifestation of body aging. Now the most of anti-aging cosmetics acted in a single pathway. To achieve effective anti-aging, it is necessary to study the aging mechanism and related biomarkers. The phenotype, mechanism and the biomarkers of aging were summarized. The mechanism of senescence was introduced in endogenous and exogenous aspects, and the phenomenon of senescence was described according to the position focusing on the research progress and application. It provided theoretical basis for the application of aging markers in the evaluation of the efficacy of anti-aging cosmetics.
