“新工科”背景下工程类专业供给侧改革的实现途径

摘要
随着黑龙江省加速产业结构调整,社会对人才能力的需求发生了巨大变化。地方本科院校推行基于产教融合理念对工程类专业进行供给侧改革是提高服务区域经济社会发展水平的必由之路。地方本科院校更应坚持"以本为本"的思想,贯彻"回归常识、回归初心"等回归的理念,与地方产业紧密结合,与地方企业共同发展,产教双方积极探索并寻找双方共同发展的途径,形成长效的办学机制,改革人才培养模式,通过专业群与产业链对接、课程内容与职业标准对接、实践教学过程与生产过程对接,培养创新型工程人才,满足服务区域经济发展对人才的需求。
With the speed-up of the industrial restructuring in our province,society's demands on talent ability has changed. Based on concept of the integrated production and education,supply-side reform on engineering majors is the only way for local universities to improve their capabilities in severing the economic and social development. Local universities should also insist on "focusing undergraduate education",advocating to "four return",including the "returning to common sense" and "returning to original intention". By closely cooperating with local industries and jointly developing with local enterprises,production and education sides should actively exploring approaches of common development,forming long-term university-running mechanisms and reforming talent training modes. Through the docking of professional groups and industry chains,the combining of practice teaching process and production process,innovative engineering talent can be trained and regional economic development's demands of talents can be met.
