后踝骨折应用后外侧入路钢板固定治疗临床疗效观察

摘要
目的研究后踝骨折应用后外侧入路钢板固定治疗的临床疗效。方法选择后踝骨折患者作为本次研究对象,并根据其不同入路方法将90例后踝骨折患者进行分组,分为观察组和对照组,其中观察组实施后外侧入路钢板固定治疗;对照组实施外侧入路钢板固定治疗,分析两组治疗效果。结果观察组在临床指标方面与对照组相比无统计学差异,P>0.05;观察组骨折愈合时间、踝关节功能评分和并发症情况均优于对照组,P<0.05。结论后踝骨折应用后外侧入路钢板固定治疗疗效显著,安全性高,能够促进患者早期恢复踝关节功能,早期愈合且并发症少。
Objective To study the clinical efficacy of posterior lateral approach for the treatment of posterior malleolar fractures. Methods Patients with posterior malleolar fractures were selected as the study subjects, and 90 patients with posterior malleolar fractures were divided according to their different approaches, they were divided into observation group and control group, the observation group was treated with posterolateral approach plate fixation; the control group was treated with lateral approach plate fixation, and the therapeutic effects of the two groups were analyzed. Results There was no statistical difference in the clinical indicators between the observation group and the control group, P>0.05. The fracture healing time, ankle function score and complications were better in the observation group than in the control group, P<0.05. Conclusion The posterior lateral approach plate fixation with posterior malleolar fracture is effective and safe, it can promote early recovery of ankle function, early healing and fewer complications.
