平肝汤联合针刺治疗肝阳上扰型偏头痛临床观察

摘要
目的探讨平肝汤联合针刺对肝阳上扰型偏头痛的临床疗效。方法选取2018年1月—2019年1月在沈阳市第二中医医院针灸科就诊的80例肝阳上扰型偏头痛患者,按照治疗方式的不同分为试验组40例和对照组40例,对照组40例睡前口服西比灵(盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊) 5 mg治疗;试验组使用平肝汤联合针刺治疗。2组的疗程均为4周。比较2组患者头痛发作次数、头痛程度、头痛持续时间,同时观察伴随症状。结果试验组头痛发作次数、头痛程度、头痛持续时间、伴随症状均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论肝阳上扰型偏头痛患者采取平肝汤联合针刺治疗,可以有效减低头痛发作次数,减短头痛发作时间,值得在临床推广。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of g Pinggan decoction combined with acupuncture in treating migraine with liver yang invading upward. Methods A total of 80 patients with liver yang invading upward migraine admitted to the department of acupuncture and moxibustion of Shenyang second hospital of traditional Chinese medicine from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected and divided into experimental group(40 patients) and control group(40 patients) according to different treatment methods. The control group took Rizine capsules,5 mg before bed for 4 weeks. The treatment group was treated with Pinggan decoction combined with acupuncture for 4 weeks. The frequency,degree and duration of headache were compared between the two groups. Results The number,degree and duration of headache were observed in the experimental group,and the accompanying symptoms were observed in the control group. The difference was statistically significant(P < 0. 05). Conclusion Pinggan decoction combined with acupuncture can effectively reduce the number and duration of headache in patients with migraine,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
