改良听骨链重建术对慢性中耳炎患儿听力重建的效果评价

摘要
目的分析慢性中耳炎患儿听力重建中应用改良听骨链重建术的临床效果。方法回顾性分析82例慢性中耳炎患儿的临床资料,使用改良乳突根治术合并改良听骨链重建术的有46例,记为甲组;使用改良乳突根治术的有36例,记为乙组。对比2组手术前后的听力情况、并发症。结果术前2组气导听阈、气导骨差差异不显著(P>0.05),术后均降低,且甲组显著低于乙组(P<0.05);甲组并发症发生率显著低于乙组(P<0.05)。结论慢性中耳炎患儿听力重建中应用改良听骨链重建术可改善患儿听力,减少并发症。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of modified ossicular chain reconstruction in hearing reconstruction of chi ldren with chronic otitis media. Methods The clinical data of 82 children with chronic otitis media were retrospectively analyzed. Among them,46 cases were treated with modified mastoidectomy combined with improved ossicular chain reconstruction,which was recorded as group A,and 36 cases were treated with modified mastoidectomy,which was recorded as group B.The hearing of different groups before and after surgery and complications were compared. Results There were no significant differences in air conduction threshold and air conduction bone between the two groups before operation(P>0.05),which were decreased after operation(P<0.05),of which the group A was significantly lower than those of the group B(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in group A was significantly lower than that in group B(P<0.05). Conclusion Modified ossicular chain reconstruction in hearing reconstruction in children with chronic otitis media can improve hearing and reduce complications.
