涎腺内窥镜对慢性阻塞性颌下腺炎诊断与治疗价值
摘要
目的探讨涎腺内窥镜在慢性阻塞性颌下腺炎中的诊断和治疗价值。方法选取2016年6—12月沈阳市口腔医院口腔颌面外科收治的17例单侧慢性阻塞性颌下腺炎患者为研究对象。所有患者均接受涎腺内窥镜扩张盥洗治疗,术后均获得6个月的随访。比较术前及术后6个月视觉模拟评分(VAS)。结果 17例患者中,6例(35.3%)镜下可见结石,5例(29.4%)镜下可见黏液栓子,6例(35.3%)镜下可见黏液栓子合并导管狭窄。15例(88.2%)术后症状缓解,VAS较术前低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论涎腺内窥镜对慢性阻塞性颌下腺炎的诊断较准确,疗效较好,值得临床推广应用。
