摘要
介绍了一种节水型无氰碱性镀锌工艺,主要工艺流程有:化学除油,电解除油,超声波电解除油,酸蚀,酸活化,终端电解,无氰碱锌,出光,三价铬钝化,封闭。介绍了各工序的溶液组成、工艺参数和维护方法。详述了无氰碱锌工艺线的节水方案。分析了镀层结合力不良、发雾、麻点、光亮度不足等故障产生的原因,并给出了相应的解决办法。
        A water-saving cyanide-free alkaline zinc electroplating process was introduced.The process flow is mainly composed of chemical degreasing,electrolytic degreasing,ultrasonic electrolytic degreasing,pickling,acid activation,terminal electrolysis,cyanide-free alkaline zinc plating,bright dipping,trivalent chromium passivation,and sealing.The bath composition,operation conditions and maintenance methods of different procedures were presented.A scheme for water saving in cyanide-free alkaline zinc electroplating production line was described.The causes of some defects of zinc coating such as poor adhesion,fogginess,pitting,and low brightness were analyzed and their countermeasures were given.
