摘要
选取1日龄的白羽肉鸡(商品代)500只,随机分成5组,每组设5个重复,1组为对照组,饲喂基础日粮,2,3,4,5组为试验组,在基础日粮中分别添加0.2%,0.4%,0.6%和0.8%的菊粉,研究日粮中添加不同水平菊粉对白羽肉鸡生长性能、免疫器官指数和肠道菌群的影响。结果表明,与对照组相比,试验4,5组平均日增质量显著增加(P<0.05),料质量比显著降低(P<0.05);胸腺指数、脾脏指数和法氏囊指数3,4,5组显著提高(P<0.05);2,3,4,5组盲肠中大肠杆菌浓度显著降低(P<0.05),乳酸杆菌和双歧杆菌浓度显著增加(P<0.05)。饲料中添加菊粉提高了白羽肉鸡的生产性能、免疫器官指数及肠道中有益菌群,降低了料质量比及肠道中有害菌,添加量以0.6%和0.8%的菊粉效果最佳。
        This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of different levels of inulin on growth performance, immune organ indices and intestinal flora of broiler chickens. A total of 500 one-day-old AA broilers were randomly divided into 5 groups with 5 replicates of 20 chickens each, chickens in the control group were fed a basal diet and the others in test groups were fed basal diets added with 0.2%, 0.4%, 0.6% and 0.8% inulin, respectively. Test period was 42 d. The results showed that compared with the control group,average daily gain of test group 4 and 5 significant increased(P<0.05). Feed quality ratio of broiler chickens in test group 4 and 5significant decreased(P <0.05). The indices of thymus, spleen and bursal of broiler chickens in test group 3, 4 and 5 significant increased(P<0.05). Concentration of E. coli in the cecum of test group 2, 3, 4 and 5 significant decreased(P<0.05). Concentration of lactobacillus and bifidobacterium in the cecum of broiler chickens in test group 2, 3, 4 and 5 significant increased(P<0.05). It is concluded that adding inulin feed can improve the growth performance, immunity ability, intestinal beneficial bacteria of broiler chickens,and reduce feed quality ratio of feed and harmful bacteria in the cecum of broiler chickens. Adding 0.6% and 0.8% of inulin in diet is appropriate.
