人性化护理干预在老年下肢骨折患者手术中的应用

摘要
目的分析人性化护理干预在老年下肢骨折患者手术室护理中的应用效果。方法选择2018年2-11月聊城市高唐县中医院骨外科收治的老年下肢骨折手术患者80例,根据入院先后顺序分为观察组和对照组各40例,对照组采用常规手术室护理,观察组采用人性化护理干预。比较手术室不良事件发生情况,医师对护理满意率,患者入室前SAS评分以及对术前访视、术中护理满意率。结果观察组术中低体温、术中呼吸循环紊乱、术中皮肤黏膜损伤、护理不良事件发生率低于对照组,医师对护理满意率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组入室前SAS评分低于对照组,观察组患者对术前访视、术中护理满意率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在老年下肢骨折患者手术室护理中应用人性化护理干预,可以提升护理质量。
Objective To analyze the application effect of humanized nursing intervention in operating room nursing of elderly patients with lower limb fracture. Methods Eighty elderly patients with lower limb fracture treated in orthopaedic surgery of Liaocheng Gaotang Country TCM Hospital from February 2018 to November2018 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to the order of admission,40 cases in each group. The control group received routine operating room nursing, and the observation group received humanized nursing intervention. To compare the occurrence of adverse events in the operating room, the satisfaction rate of doctors to nursing, the SAS score of patients before entering the room, and the satisfaction rate of preoperative visits and intraoperative nursing. Results The incidence of hypothermia, intraoperative respiratory and circulatory disorders, intraoperative skin and mucosal injury and nursing adverse events in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the satisfaction rate of doctors was higher than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The SAS score of the observation group before admission was lower than that of the control group, and the satisfaction rate with preoperative visits and intraoperative nursing of the patients in the observation group were higher than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of humanized nursing intervention in the operation room nursing of elderly patients with lower limb fracture can improve the quality of nursing.
