法语立法文本的翻译策略思考

摘要
立法文本的内容为法律规范。立法文本架构有其自身特点,法律规范也有其内在的逻辑结构。各国的立法文本都有规范功能,但对于社会生活的各方面的具体规定则不尽相同。基于立法语言规范功能的相同和具体规定的不同,本文试图探讨法语立法文本翻译过程中具有操作性和有效性的翻译策略。
Legislative texts consist of legal norms and rules. Legislative texts have a distinctive textural structure and legal norms have their inherent logical structure.Legislative texts of various countries are similar in terms of their normative function,but they differ in terms of their specific provisions regulating various aspects of social life. By tapping this sameness at the functional level and the difference at the ruleelaboration level, this article attempts to explore the translation strategies that are practical and effective in the rendition of French legislative texts.
