摘要
目的比较下颌无牙颌all-on-four种植固定义齿与相同植体数的种植覆盖义齿效果。方法下颌无牙颌all-on-four种植固定义齿(A组)或4颗种植支持覆盖义齿(B组)修复。分析其满意度、成功率、咀嚼效率、植体牙周状况及周围骨高度变化。结果永久修复1个月,A组满意度优于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。永久修复12个月,两组成功率、植体牙周状况及周围骨高度变化无统计学差异,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),咀嚼效率A组高于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 All-on-four植体数仅4颗即固定修复下颌无牙颌。观察期内与种植体支持式覆盖义齿相比,咀嚼效率和满意度更高,修复成功率、植体牙周及周围骨高度变化无统计学差异。
