周文波安神方调整阴阳-补养气血辨治老年乳腺癌术后失眠

摘要
周文波教授认为老年乳腺癌术后失眠为阴阳失衡、气血失调,加之患者惊恐,气机逆乱,阳浮于外,阳不入阴。周师秉承"谨察阴阳所在而调之,以平为期",调整阴阳,补养气血,标本兼治,创立安神方:附子15g,干姜40g,龙骨30g,牡蛎35g,淫羊藿15g,酸枣仁60g,甘草炙10g,枸杞子15g,大枣30g,1剂/d,水煎服,早晚分服,并嘱避风寒、慎起居、畅情志、调饮食、勿过劳,提高生活质量。附失眠-心肾阳虚(乳腺癌术后)验案1则。

Zhou Shi adhering to the "would like to examine and adjust the Yin and Yang and regulating it, to a period of principle", the creation of Anshen decoction:(aconite 15 g, dried ginger 40 g, keel 30 g, oyster 35 g, epimedium 15 g, Suanzaoren 60 g, licorice 10 g, medlar 15 g, jujube 30g), daily 1 agent, decoction suits, morning and evening service points, to adjust the Yin and Yang, nourishing blood, specimen and cure and instructing patients daily life take shelter from the wind cold, prudent daily life, smooth emotions, adjusting the diet, do not overwork, improve patients quality of life.
