建筑设计中的无障碍设计要点探究

摘要
随着我国全民生活水平的提高,老龄化问题的加剧,以及"以人为本"的社会理念的加深,全社会对无障碍环境建设的关注度越来越高。人们逐渐意识到无障碍环境不只是服务于残疾人,而是服务于全社会的,可以给社会中每一个人提供切实的方便。因此,全社会对建设好无障碍环境的要求越来越高。无障碍环境建设的第一步就是无障碍设计。我国现阶段的无障碍设计还存在着一些问题,例如整体设计不成系统,节点设计不到位等。同时,在设计表达方面也不明确、不充分,设计成果难以指导施工安装,导致设施安装错误的情况也经常发生。因此,提高无障碍环境的建设质量,首先要提高无障碍设计的专业水平。本文首先对我国现阶段无障碍设计的实际情况进行总结,厘清设计产生问题的根源以及设计文件在指导施工和安装时存在的问题。以此作为基础,结合日常工作中对无障碍使用者实际需求了解的积累,以设计真正满足使用需求为目标,探寻无障碍设计的要点,并将设计要点按照系统进行简要的原理性描述,供设计师了解原理后开展设计工作。
With the improvement of the living standards, the intensification of the aging problem and the deepening of the social concept of "people-oriented", the whole society is paying more and more attention to the construction of accessible environment. People gradually realize that accessible environment not only serves the disabled, but also serves the whole society, and provide practical convenience to everyone. Therefore, the whole society is demanding to build a better accessible environment.The first step to build an accessible environmentis accessible design. At present, there are still certain problems in accessible design in China, such as the overall design is not systematic or node design is incorrect. At the same time, the design expression is not clear to guide the construction and installation, resulting in installation errors often occur. In order to improve quality of accessible environment, we must first improve the professional level of accessible design. Firstly, this paper summarizes the current accessible situation in China, clarifies the root causes of design and installation problems. Based on this summary, and combined with the accumulation of understanding of the actual needs of accessible users, this paper explores the key design points that accessible users really need. This paper briefly described the main design points to help designers understand the essential accessible design principles, and carry them out in future work.
