秦汉水祭祀的政治意涵阐释

摘要
农业民族自古重水,因水与农作物的生长息息相关。我国商周文献中就有水祭祀的记载,人们在各种被神灵化的水体面前顶礼膜拜,祈祷风调雨顺或天赐甘霖。秦汉时期,水祭祀仍是重要的国家祭祀活动,官方确立了大一统意义上的黄河河神,建立起一套井然有序的水祭祀制度,并将水情与政情相关联,体现出秦汉水祭祀的政治功利性。
Agricultural nations have attached great importance to water since ancient times, because water is closely related to the growth of crops. There are records of water sacrifices in the documents of Shang and Zhou dynasties in China. Besides rivers and seas, rain-praying sacrifices are also offered to people to pray for water. People prayed for smooth weather or heavenly rain in front of various deified water bodies. Water sacrifice is still an important national sacrificial activity in Qin and Han dynasties. Officials established a unified sense of the Yellow River god, established an orderly water sacrifice system, offering sacrifices to dragons and asking for rain became an important form of water sacrifice. Water and political conditions are closely related, reflecting the political utility of water sacrifice in Qin and Han dynasties.
