内镜黏膜下剥离术治疗胃良性肿瘤的应用效果

摘要
目的观察内镜黏膜下剥离术治疗胃良性肿瘤的应用效果。方法选取本院2017年1月至2018年2月收治的90例胃良性肿瘤患者,分成两组,各45例。对照组给予开腹局部切除术治疗,观察组则给予内镜黏膜下剥离术治疗。比较两组胃良性肿瘤治疗转归效果,手术时间以及术中出血,治疗前后患者情感、社会、躯体、疼痛评分,以及并发症。结果观察组胃良性肿瘤患者治疗转归效果高于对照组(P <0.05)。观察组患者手术时间以及术中出血优于对照组(P <0.05)。治疗后观察组患者情感、社会、躯体、疼痛评分优于对照组(P <0.05)。观察组患者并发症发生率低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论内镜黏膜下剥离术治疗胃良性肿瘤的疗效确切,可有效去除病变,促进患者生存质量改善,减少创伤出血。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of endoscopic submucosal dissection for benign gastric tumors.Methods According to the random number table method,90 patients with benign gastric tumor were divided into2 groups from January 2017 to February 2018. The control group was treated with local resection,while the observation group was treated with endoscopic submucosal dissection. The outcome of the two groups of gastric benign tumors was compared,operation time and intraoperative bleeding,and the scores of emotion,society,body and pain before and after treatment,and complications. Results The effect of gastric benign tumor in the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). the operation time and intraoperative bleeding in the observation group were superior to the control group(P<0.05). The feeling,society,body and pain score of the observation group after treatment were better than those in the observation group. The control group(P<0.05). The complications of the observation group were lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Endoscopic submucosal dissection is effective in the treatment of benign gastric tumor. It can effectively remove the lesions,improve the quality of life and reduce the bleeding.
