金融发展能降低家庭贫困率吗

摘要
本文利用CHNS微观面板数据和随机效果面板概率单位模型,分析了用年末金融机构存贷款总和与GDP之比测量的各省的金融深度、用贷款总额比存款总额测量的各省金融效率与家庭贫困率的关系。发现:金融规模的发展对减少贫困效果明显;各省金融发展的效率与贫困率的关系为正。金融深度对家庭贫困率没有显著的地域影响;而各省金融效率的地域影响显著。金融效率与贫困率的关系在西部地区为正。尽管在东部地区的影响有所下降,中部地区的影响下降的幅度更大,但最终结果来看,东部和中部的金融效率与贫困率的关系仍然为正。
This paper uses the CHNS micro panel data and the random effect panel probability unit model to analyze the financial depth of each province measured by the ratio of the total deposits and loans of financial institutions at the end of the year to the GDP,and the relationship between financial efficiency and household poverty rate measured by the total amount of loans compared with the total deposits.It is found that the development of financial scale has obvious effects on reducing poverty; the relationship between the efficiency of financial development in various provinces and the poverty rate is positive.Financial depth has no significant geographical impact on household poverty rates; and the geographical impact of financial efficiency in the provinces is significant.The relationship between financial efficiency and poverty rate is positive in the western region.Although the impact in the eastern region has declined,the impact of the central region has declined more,but in the end,the relationship between financial efficiency and poverty rates in the eastern and central regions remains positive.
