基于大数据下社会网络分析与知识共享管理研究

摘要
【目的/意义】在大数据知识经济时代,知识是企事业最重要的战略性资源、是获得竞争优势的来源、是最有价值的无形资产。【方法/过程】本文从理论层面对社会网络知识共享管理的特征进行了分析,通过可视化工具具体分析问题,首先设计调查问卷,并通过调查得出的结果画出矩阵,然后利用社会网络分析方法绘制组织知识共享交流图。【结果/结论】根据对网络交流矩阵以及仿真实验对社会网络成员关系进行实证分析,采用技术方法弥补网络图中所出现的各种问题。为创造良好的知识交流、共享机制,积极鼓励组织知识管理者之间的知识交流与沟通。
【Purpose/significance】In the era of big data knowledge economy, knowledge is the most important strategic resource for enterprises and undertakings, also it is the source of competitive advantage and the most valuable intangible asset.【Method/process】This paper analyzes the characteristics of social network knowledge sharing management theoretically, then analyzes the problems concretely with visualization tools. It designs a questionnaire firstly, then draws a matrix based on the survey results, finally draws an organizational knowledge sharing communication diagram by using social network analysis method.【Result/conclusion】Based on the empirical analysis of network ac matrix and simulation experiment,some technical methods are adopted to make up for various problems in the network diagram. In order to create a good knowledge exchange and sharing mechanism, knowledge exchange and communication between knowledge managers are actively encouraged.
