摘要
二级院系督导是适应学校内涵建设在新形式下督导体制创新的重要举措。发挥好二级督导机制的作用,才能落细、落小、落实提高教学与管理工作。督导员需具备良好的素养去发现教学管理工作所存在的问题,进行增值探讨。结合笔者在督导工作中的体会及对院校的了解,指出激励制度、授课能力和教学保障存在的问题,分析其成因提出改进工作的建议。
The supervision of secondary schools and departments is an important measure to adapt to the connotation constr uction of schools in the new form of supervision system innovation. Only by giving full play to the role of the secondary super vision mechanism, can we improve teaching and management. Supervisors need to have good quality to find problems in teach ing management work, value added discussion. Combined with the author's experience in supervision and understanding of col leges and universities, this paper points out the problems in incentive system, teaching ability and teaching guarantee, analyzes the causes and puts forward Suggestions for improvement.
