中央与民族自治地方关系和谐发展的三重价值维度

摘要
中央与民族自治地方关系的和谐发展要求把二者视为有机结合的完整统一体。实现这个关系体系和谐发展价值意蕴具有历史、现实和未来三重维度。在历史维度上,其证明了我国民族区域自治制度的巨大优越性;在现实维度上,这是统一多民族国家实现发展进步的重大命题;在未来的维度上,它是实现我国国家治理体系和治理能力现代化的客观要求。
The harmonious development of the relationship between the central government and national autonomous areas requires to regard the two as a complete unity of integration. The realization of the harmonious development of this relationship system has three dimensions,including history,reality and future. From the historical dimension,it proves the great superiority of China’s regional autonomy system; From the realistic dimension,it is a major proposition for a multinational country to realize the development and progress; From the future dimension,it is an objective requirement for China to realize the modernization of national governance system and governance capacity.
