新时代背景下工会职工教育培训的现状及思考——以江苏省泰州市工会教育培训为例

习近平总书记强调,进入新时代,工会工作要围绕充分发挥工人阶级主力军作用。当前,工会职工教育培训工作在有序开展的同时,还存在重视程度不够、运行机制持续性创新不足以及培训方式内容特色不明显等问题。针对以上问题,工会组织应切实做好加强沟通协商工作,增进工会教育培训的认同感;通过整合优势资源,构建工会教育培训组织化体系;还应以需求为导向,创新发展工会教育培训的方式内容,积极构建职工教育培训新体系,进一步适应新时代劳动者就业技能的提升和创新创业的需求。
General Secretary Xi Jinping emphasised that in the new era, trade union work should focus on giving full play to the role of the main force of the working class. At present, staff training of trade union is carried out in an orderly manner, while there are still problems such as insufficient attention, insufficient continuous innovation of the operating mechanism, and inconspicuous content of training methods. In response to the problems above, trade union should strengthening communication and consultation, enhance the sense of identity of trade union training; construct trade union training system by integrating superior resources; and develop trade union training methods and content guided by demand and innovation, actively build a new staff training system, and further adapt to the improvement of employment skills and the need for innovation and entrepreneurship in the new era.
